Notes : After undergoing a D exam at Margam, 09101 was transferred to Newport ADJ around the beginning of May 2007. By the October, it had turned up at Tavistock Junction, where it acted as the yard pilot, aswell as performing various trip workings.

On the 27th September 2008, 09101 was loaded and taken north on the M5 from Tavistock Junction. It was deposited at Doncaster Carr later on in the day. With repairs needed, it was officially put into store on the 29th October. Following completion of its repairs, it was returned to traffic on the 11th November. Whilst recieving a E exam, on the 8th December, EWS put 09101 back into store, still at Doncaster Carr.

On the 10th March 2009, it transferred pools at Doncaster, swopping from WNTS to WNTR.
