Previously the Ilford Works pilot, 08527 is currently on hire to Fastline from HNRC. It was deposited at Roberts Road on the 7th June 2007 and, so it can undertake trip duties around the Doncaster area, was fitted with TPWS equipment. It also recieved its Fastline colours around the same time.
Sometime around the 14th July 2008, 08527 was stopped at Roberts Road to undergo repairs and attention. It is now back in service, following repairs to its auxilary generator, which had suffered a flash over.
