Notes : Whilst at Peterborough, it was due to be transferred to Bescot sometime in the first week of February 2004, to cover for the defective 08828. Before being moved on, it was put into store on the 27th February. The 23rd April though, it was taken to Doncaster Carr, not Bescot as first thought. With its repairs completed, 08528 was reinstated to traffic on the 29th May, being transfered to the WSEM pool. During around the same time, it was taken to Tinsley, where it spent its time piloting the yard and the nearby steel works.
Officially stored at Bescot TMD in July 2005. It currently resides in the middle of the yard, amongst other stored locos.
