Notes : Whilst out of use at Peterborough, 08569 was stored WNTR on the 26th May 2004. The 11th June and following repairs, it was reinstated to traffic and the WSEM pool. With continuing faults though, it was loaded and removed by road to the East Midlands on the 17th June, deposited at Toton shortly after. The next day, it was once again put into store ( WNTR. ) Once completion of its exam, 08569 was back up and running again, being returned to WSEM and active status on the 2nd July. Sometime around the end of July, the 08 was hired out to Midland Mainline at Derby Etches Park, from where it acted as one of the carriage siding pilots. On the 29th October, it was back at Toton, arriving in by road. Just 3 days later though, the EWS liveried 08 was returned to store on the 2nd November.
