Notes : On the 5th March 2004, 08685 left Cardiff Canton by road, en-route to Scotland. A few days later, it was deposited at Ayr, where it was put into use as the pilot at Falkland yard. On the 11th June though, it was put into store, being transferred to WNTR at the nearby TMD.
During the 1st week of May 2008, it moved the short distance from Immingham Docks to Scunthorpe Steel Works, where it spent just over 3 months before being transferred back to Immingham on the evening of the 9th August 2008.
After spending just over 6 months as the reception sidings pilot at Immingham, 08685 was put into store on the 13th February 2009.
