Following a staff competition, 08691 was named ' Terri ' at the Port of Felixstowe. The ceremony was to honour Terri Calvesbert, a 6 year old Ipswich girl, who recieved 90% burns in a house fire. The nameplate, which was unveiled by Terri herself, was held on the 13th October 2003.
For possible repairs, 08691 left Felixstowe on the 29th July 2004, being deposited at Leeds Midland Road. By the September though, it was back at Felixstowe.
After recieving an overhaul at the LH Group, arriving from Felixstowe towards the end of October 2007, 08691 left Barton under Needwood around late April / early May 2008, and was transferred to Southampton Maritime.
On the 5th January 2009, 08691 was loaded onto road transport at Southampton, leaving around lunchtime. It was deposited at Felixstowe North FLT, the next morning. On the 2nd July, whilst piloting the north FLT, 08691 failed. Four days later, cover arrived in the shape of 08511, being loaned to Freightliner by Traditional Traction. Utilising the same road transport, 08691 was loaded for departure to the Midlands, to where it was deposited at the LH Group for repairs, arriving the next day ( 7th ). On the 4th or 5th September, 08691 was moved towards the Travelodge hotel at the LH Group, ready for departure. A little later than thought, 08691 left the LH Group, early morning of the 9th November. Replacing the departing 08585, the 08 was unloaded at Tilbury FLT, sometime in the afternoon.
