On the 9th May 2008, was officially stored at Margam TMD. Latterly residing in Margam storage yard, 09003 was moved to the depot area, to used as a spares donor.
To keep Tidal's 08752 active, the 09's power unit was removed, sometime around the 15th July 2009. Currently, it is little more than a shell at Margam.
